DKC Educational Advocates

DKC Educational Advocates was founded by Donna Clark-Moore, a passionate parent, experienced educator, and dedicated advocate who understands how overwhelming and emotional the special education process can be.

As a mother of a child with unique learning needs and someone with firsthand experience navigating the IEP and 504 plan system, Donna knows what it means to feel unheard, unsupported, and unsure of what to do next.

That personal journey led to a powerful mission: to stand alongside other families and make sure no one goes through the process alone.
